Rafah is a platform that connects customers with wellness and beauty service providers. We facilitate booking appointments, processing payments, and managing customer-service provider relationships.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are subject to change. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and the terms of the service provider.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Rafah acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party service providers. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rafah harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.
